Succeeding in business is a lot about who you know.  A group of judges selected the Top 100 St. Louisans to Know to Succeed in Business.  Small Business Monthly brings these outstanding individuals together April 8th for a luncheon to honor, mingle and share their stories and ideas with other business owners.

The combination of an inspiring journalism teacher in high school, amazing political experiences in the early 1990s and a master’s degree in media relations led Chris Kuban to realize his passion of supporting clients’ public relations needs through superior media relations capabilities.  Today Kuban shares that passion through his company, Chemistry Multimedia.  Chemistry Multimedia’s mission is to effectively formulate brands using multiple messages through multiple mediums,” he says.  “Specifically, we focus on assisting clients through media relations, event management, video production and effective communications strategies so that our customers see success and then refer us future business.”

Over the past year, Kuban has focused on methodically expanding his staffing operations and developing more national clients.  “Then I became honored to work with actor Gary Sinise’s foundation, the Gary Sinise Foundation, as our signature client,” he says.

As a serial entrepreneur, Kuban always finds himself falling back on what he does best, media relations.  “So, as you follow your dreams, make sure you’re doing what you do best or at least doing what you love to do.”
