Three cheers for Emily Bax, Chemistry PR and Multimedia’s newest Account Coordinator.

Emily helps us set strategies, manages social media, writes press releases, conducts research, creates graphics and networks/connects with potential clients, among many other important tasks.

In 2022, Emily graduated from St. Louis-based Lindenwood University with a bachelor’s degree in Advertising and Strategic Communications and a minor in Social Media Content Strategies. Throughout her time at Lindenwood, she served as President and Vice President of the Public Relations Student Society of America and the Advertising Club on campus. 

After graduation, she moved to Chicago for a year where she worked at Fishman Public Relations and Kinship as a media relations specialist. She moved back to St. Louis to continue her career in public relations, and we’re so glad she did! 

Outside of work, Emily enjoys reading a good book, fun activities outside including biking and hiking, traveling, keeping up with all the media trends, including watching an outrageous amount of reality television and spending time with her friends and family. Along with her love for reality television, she has deep appreciation for movies and staying up-to-date on all the casting, release dates, entertainment news and heading to the theater to watch the newest blockbuster.

Among her favorite experiences Emily spent three months studying in England while in college. She explored most of the country during her time there. She loved visiting the Scottish Highlands where she hiked and sipped on authentic Scottish Whiskey (loved the experience; hated the taste).

Emily is a go-getter and we consider her willingness to continue to learn and grow in our industry vital to the continued growth of Chemistry. Within the next year, she will set out to obtain her APR accreditation and hopes to receive it by her 26th birthday.
